As owner of Rayner's, I have the marvellous opportunity to meet so many people. Not only students, who have become my friends and of course the teachers who I am immensely proud of. I have the great privilege of working both at home and abroad as a senior examiner for the IDTA. I love training teachers for their professional qualifications but also taking the various classes throughout the week for the social dancer. Of a weekend I can also be seen travelling around the country adjudicating at competitions all ages and a range of styles. Fellow & Examiner IDTA, Fellow ISTD, Championship ADJ BDC & Chairman ADFP, PG Dip.  DBS checked.

Having taken ballet classes from the age of 5, I then moved over to Ballroom at the age of 13 as my mum was a Ballroom teacher.  You could say I was ‘following in her footsteps’.  I was totally bitten by the Ballroom Bug - I took all my IDTA medals until there was no more to do and also competed in small competitions. That was when I decided I’d like to teach – I took my pre-associate Ballroom and have never looked back.  I then found Rayners and took my next Ballroom and Latin teaching exams with Jack.  I’m still taking professional lessons with Dallas and have started my Fellowship in Ballroom.I thoroughly enjoy my dancing and teaching and love imparting my knowledge onto all dancers.
IDTA Licentiate in Latin, Ballroom and Viennese Waltz. Fellowship Module Waltz.

I have been dancing since a young man at the school, enjoyed taking part in medallist competitions and still enjoy going to the local dances and performances that are around the area. The enjoyment and fun of still dancing and meeting up with friends is something to look forward to. Associate IDTA Latin & Ballroom.
